Trebuchet

I made this trebuchet for my grandson. I made it big enough to hurl a baseball. It works quite well and is a lot of fun.               

 After removing the safety block located down by the string, jerking the string attacked to the stick lets the two bricks drop down. The safety block was advised by my neighbor after I broke my nose while working on the trebuchet. OOPS!!
