This picture frame and frame holder I made as a thank you gift to Neva for putting me up at her house for two weeks.
The frame holder is ¼” plywood cut with interlocking tabs.
The frame backing is held in with fender washers that are notched. I used a 1-½” forstner bit to recess the washers flush with the back of the frame.
